Anthony Kisoi, the newly elected Mumbuni North Member of County Assembly (MCA), has been officially sworn in at the Machakos County Assembly. The oath was administered on Tuesday by County Assembly Speaker Ann Kiusya.
Speaking after the ceremony, Kisoi thanked Mumbuni residents for trusting him with the mandate to represent them, promising to prioritize development projects and safeguard the interests of his constituents. He assured residents that he would work diligently to deliver on his campaign pledges and foster meaningful progress in the ward.
He also expressed gratitude to the Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) for nominating him as their flag bearer and supporting him throughout the by-election campaign. Kisoi clinched the seat after garnering 3,849 votes.
