Airtel Money has partnered with Showmax to give customers a simple, convenient, and reliable way to pay for their subscriptions this festive season.
With the integration, Airtel Money users can now subscribe to Showmax, renew, or activate their accounts directly from their wallets, providing an instant and convenient payment option.
The move reflects Airtel Money’s continued effort to simplify digital lifestyles while expanding customer choice across entertainment, e-commerce, and everyday transactions.
Speaking in Nairobi, Airtel Money Kenya Managing Director (MD), Anne Kinuthia-Otieno, said the partnership ensures a smooth and reliable payment experience, allowing customers to stay connected and entertained safely and conveniently.

Nzola Miranda, Managing Director of MultiChoice Kenya, added: “Integrating Showmax with Airtel Money makes it easier for customers to pay for their favorite entertainment and access a wide range of local and international content.”
He noted that the partnership removes payment barriers and enables seamless access to Showmax Entertainment, Showmax Entertainment Mobile, and Showmax Premier League Mobile.
The timing is ideal for the festive season, providing millions of Kenyans with easier access to world-class entertainment as families come together to celebrate.
Showmax subscribers using Airtel Money can now pay for any package, including Showmax Entertainment, Showmax Entertainment Mobile, and Showmax Premier League Mobile, directly through their wallet.
To pay for Showmax via Airtel Money, customers should visit the Showmax website, select “Sign Up,” choose a subscription plan, select Airtel Money as the payment option, enter their Airtel mobile number, input their Airtel Money PIN, and approve the transaction.
The integration is part of Airtel Money’s strategy to simplify digital payments, enhance customer convenience, and provide safe, fast, and reliable payment solutions across services.
