Veronica Bosibori to Joseph Kipkoech
You’re a natural ✍️ writer
Your talent shines brighter than many in this country
You can’t retire; you can only become better.
That story you wrote on small shopping centers has been read world wide.
I forwarded it to a friend in Majuu and it went viral.
Some started adding the history of their shopping centers.
Director, ✍️ and write. Your writing is similar to an accomplished artist who’s brush 🖌️ produces pure nature.
Instead of a brush you use a pen 🖊️ to paint words.
Every single word in your articles is a alive no editor in the world can remove or change any word, including a comer and full stop.
You are simply amazing.
Give us the history of the Marakwet and the why the British decided to join two tribes. Was it out of disdain or their smallness
Give us another Hello 👋 Children.
The current class readers are boring hence our children have no memory of the stories they read
Next week report here the work you are publishing.
Monica Omoro, Former Director, Public Communications

Beatrice Kungú to Monica Omoro
Director Omoro M , first a Happy Birthday and Congratulations as you retire 🙏🏽🥳..since yesterday I have been thinking of what to write here. I still don’t have the right words, however I cannot procrastinate forever. Hence here I go;
1. You’re a trailblazer and pace setter. See how you took time to pen your career story❤️
2. When you were appointed Director you set the example by leading. You did not sit timidly. You were bold. You took your place with amazing energy and passion. You did what you asked of others. You became Communicator Number 1, leading all the officers below you by example. You lived the value of Courage.
3. You did not hide your light under the bushes. You let it shine for all to see. Where others expected their staff to do the work, you took the lead. You would post the content on all forums. You pushed a brand, the Monica Omoro brand. I hope someone in the agencies will give you a chance to work with them.
4. You took our calls whenever we called you. You would even return calls when you couldn’t take them. You cared enough to listen to our requests. Despite being my boss, you came back and even explained the decision you took. You have a humble servant heart. You have a motherly heart caring upto last minute about your staff. May more leadership doors open for you.
5. As you move to the next phase of your career, I am confident that your light will continue to shine.
6. May God bless you and continue giving you great health as you am sure you will continue being a leader even as you retire.
7. Finally, 60 years is an age where so many started their career and ventures. Remember Mzee Maruge who went back to school at age 85 when Kibaki introduced free primary education. Think of the founder of KFC, Colonel Harland Sanders who launched the franchise of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) at the age of 62. Remember our Judges and University Lecturers still working into their 70s. And take this as a new start. You are not tired. You have room to launch your brand afresh🙌🏽
8. God bless you. God bless you Director Monica Omoro
