Power outage has affected Terrabora estate and its environs, including the National Intelligence Service, Kenya Wildlife Service and Masalani water supply offices.
Spot check by KNA shows that a lorry repairing the road with one caterpillar tractor hit the power lines, which put off the entire supply.
KPLC officer in charge Hezron John said they got the report and a team had been dispatched to ensure power has resumed despite the heavy downpour.
