President William Ruto has arrived in Yokohama City, Japan, for the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9), which begins on Wednesday.
At the conference, the President is expected to position Kenya as the gateway to the East African region and the wider African continent while showcasing investment opportunities in infrastructure, special economic zones, agriculture, energy, ICT, and digitisation.
