Willis Ochieng Ooko reportedly attacked the assistant chief of Usire sub-location Mr. Austine Omondi Bunde who was on patrol during the curfew hours together with the village elder yesterday night.
According to the Assistant chief of Maranda sub-location Mr. Kennedy Amolo, the duo met the suspect who was drunk, while loitering during the wee hours of the night and asked him to go home.
