Prof, Lin Zhanxi, Chief Scientist and Innovator of Juncao Technology, make his remarks during the official opening of a three-day workshop on the National Capacity Building Conference on JUNCAO Grass Technology and Kenya’s inclusion in Phase III of the UN-DESA JUNCAO Technology project held at the Sarova Stanley Hotel, Nairobi on 18th March 2026, when he disclosed that Juncao Technology can be harnessed to cultivate edible and medicinal mushrooms, produce livestock feeds and green fertilizer, conserve soil and control desertification.
