Thousands of residents thronged Jomo Kenyatta Stadium, Mamboleo in Kisumu, filling the venue for the public viewing of the body of the late former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga.
The crowd, drawn from different parts of the country, began streaming into the Stadium early morning, singing patriotic and Luo traditional songs in honour of the late Political Icon and ODM party Leader. Security was heightened around the venue, with both County and National security teams coordinating the event.
