The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has suspended all league fixtures for seven days following the Governmentโs declaration of national mourning in honour of the late former Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga.
FKF, in a statement released Wednesday, said the suspension is a mark of respect for a great leader and passionate supporter of Kenyan football. The federation joined Kenyans in mourning the national icon who passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in India.
