PS Isaboke bids farewell to Director Kipkoech after 34 years in public service

The Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Mr. Stephen Isaboke, today bid farewell to Mr. Joseph Kipkoech, Director for Information, after an exceptional 34-year career in public service.

Director Kipkoech has served the information sector with distinction across four administrations, earning recognition for his professionalism, dedication and unwavering commitment to public communication.
As he transitions to personal pursuits and academia, the Ministry affirmed that he remains a valued member of its extended professional family.
PS Isaboke expressed heartfelt gratitude for his decades of service and, on behalf of the State Department, conveyed best wishes as he embarks on a new chapter. Also present were the Secretary for Information and Broadcasting, Mr. Temesi Mukani, and the Director of Human Resources, Ms. Nancy Wachira.
