A 42- year- old man collapsed and died at Mukuyuni market, Kaiti Sub County on Sunday evening.
According to police reports Boniface Wambua, 42, collapsed at the market at around 6.20 pm and was pronounced dead at the Mukuyuni sub county hospital where he had been rushed for treatment.

Elsewhere, police on sunday night arrested two lorry drivers along the Kitui-Kibwezi road for flouting the nationwide 7pm-5am curfew.
The police commander said the drivers identified as Duncan Koome and Phineas Muriithi were intercepted around 9.30pm while ferrying Miraa and muguka.
