Buffalo injure Herdsman at kabasalo village

A herdsman working as a Kenya police reservist was seriously injured by a buffalo in Kabasalo village in Hulugho sub county, Ijara constituency.

The herdsman who was airlifted by Kenya Defense Force and is recapitulating at King Fahad hospital in Lamu County.

KWS warden Mr. Ali Wario Adan confirmed the incident and warned the residents to be on the lookout for wild animals especially this time of drought.

Wario dispatched a team of KWS rangers to pursue the rogue buffalo that is said to be on the rampage.

Reports reaching KNA said  Kabasalo is home to thousands of buffaloes who roam the village freely in search of water.
