Vihiga Governor Wilber Khasilwa Ottichillo has joined legislators, policy experts, emerging leaders, and members of the judiciary at Casina Pio IV in Vatican City for a high-level Climate Resilience Regional Summit focused on strengthening climate resilience legislation.

Speaking at the event, the Governor emphasized the importance of developing and implementing laws that directly address the needs of communities facing climate challenges.

Governor Ottichillo highlighted that effective climate resilience goes beyond policy formulation, requiring actionable frameworks that translate into real impact on the ground.
