Butere ACK diocese Bishop, Rose Okeno has urged the church staff to dedicate themselves to God and serve with utmost diligence.
Speaking during a morning devotion service at Eshimuli Guest house, Bishop Okeno emphasized that reverence for God must reflect in every task undertaken.
“Serving God is not only about prayers and sermons; it is also about how faithfully and honestly we carry out our daily responsibilities,” she said.
The bishop called on the staffs to embrace integrity, accountability, and excellence in their work. “Every duty, no matter how small, is an offering to God. Let your service reflect your faith,” she urged.
The devotion session brought together diocesan staff for prayers, reflections and discussions on strengthening ethical standards in service delivery.
The Bishop said that true service combines spiritual devotion with professional diligence.
Bishop Okeno’s remarks come as part of the ACK’s efforts to promote ethical leadership and reinforce the church’s commitment to both spiritual and administrative excellence.
